drastically changed because of over spending, and bad judgements. Larger
companies must change their business plan to prosper in the fiscal year. Small
business must do the same targeting sales and services to reduce expenses for
businesses abroad.
The expenses of a
business control the income statement, whether it shows a loss or profit. All
management personal are responsible for the expenses monthly. Remember the
amount of expense you carry is the bottom line, and if you cross the line
problems will incur. This is the objective that small business must focus on to
help all business needs.
Test all sales
figures to determine different variants during the year to see when the
expenses cause net income. Increase sales marketing to the customer by
developing a loyalty-based approach. Designing ways to solve customer problems
as: Pricing, Payment Terms, Inventory, Shipping, Service, and Product
Customizing.
